We stayed for christmas and would stay here again. The location was handy, in the heart of the city. Easy access to London Luton airport, which was about 26 minutes' drive away. Plus, we parked onsite.

It was just a balanced option for a brief hiatus in Woburn with very nice value for money. Breakfast was substantial, delicious, and served hot. Definitely a highlight. Check the dining hours in advance to avoid any disappointments.

I booked a Superior double room, yet it reminded me of it needed a deep clean and some maintenance. The bathroom specifically had several issues, including a missing glass shelf, a broken bath plug chain, and overall grime. The bedding was comfortable enough, but the noise from nearby rooms was hard to ignore. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options and quick service. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist, but the dining hours felt inconsistent, leading to some missed opportunities for meals in-house. If the management could address these maintenance problems and provide more clarity on dining availability, it would greatly enhance the experience .
